This week, the NSPCC delivered their ‘Stay Safe Speak Out’ assembly and workshop to year 6 pupils during their Life Education lesson.
The session was led by external speakers who talked to pupils about the importance of speaking out about abuse and neglect and encouraging them to stay safe in a variety of different situations. Pupils were presented with a range of scenarios and encouraged to discuss their ideas with others as part of the workshop. It was an engaging session which covered topical issues such as e-safety and bullying, as well the significance of friendships and helping others.
