Sixth Form Revue

On the 16th of November, the long-standing Emanuel tradition continued with the renowned showcase of talent known as the Sixth Form Revue.

This year, the night began with a rocky rendition of ‘Somebody Told Me’ and was followed by a Mamma Mia extravaganza by Miss Holden and Miss Mott. The rowing team then took to the stage and wowed the audience with a dance to ‘Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go’. We were also graced with an Ed Sheeran-esque performance by Mr Shetzer and the joyful humiliation of the prefects in their video. Megan Ferncome performed ‘All I Want’ angelically and was accompanied by talented Nancy Hughes. The netball and rugby teams took to highlighting their athleticism in an energetic performance that included a uniform swap. We also gave the teachers a chance to find love on Emanuel’s first ever episode of first dates. The night ended with a bang from the rising stars Pedestrian who sang ‘Teenage Dirt Bag’ and ‘Naïve’.

The evening was a resounding success as £1800 was raised in support of Sri Jayendra and GKV, Emanuel’s partnership schools in India.
